Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) you will be temporarily delegated the rights of usage and ownership of the music, art, video, GIF, or any form of digital media used in or sold with the NFT for as long as your period of ownership. The NFT contains your rights to ownership. For the entire period that you own the NFT, you (the owner) are legally entitled, through delegation of rights via Cure Supply LLC, to publish the media used in or sold with the NFT in your own media, which includes but is not limited to movies, videos, short clips, audio samples, etc. If you (the owner) sell the NFT to another person or entity, you are no longer entitled to publish any form of media utilizing the digital media whose usage rights were delegated to you via the NFT during your period of ownership. The rights which were previously delegated to you via the NFT are transferred to the new owner of the NFT upon resale.

For example:

If you own the NFT from March to June of the same year and publish your own media in April (of the same year), which utilizes the media whose rights were delegated to you by the NFT, you're in the clear and are legally entitled to do so.

If you own the NFT from March to June of the same year and publish your own media in July (of the same year) which utilizes the media whose rights were delegated to you by the NFT, you will be served a copyright infringement notice, as you no longer are entitled to the rights delegated to you, as those rights were transferred to the new owner upon resale.

If you published your own media containing the media whose rights were delegated to you by the NFT within the time period of your ownership and then resell the NFT, you will not be served an infringement notice as you owned the rights of the media at the date and time of publishing. Outside of your ownership period, you are no longer legally delegated the media rights.

You are not entitled to use the media in any way for:

- The creation and/or distribution of new Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

- The creation and/or distribution of clothing.

- The distribution of printed art.

- Distribution which involves more than the resale of the sole singular copy you purchased via the NFT.

- Media published outside of the period of ownership.

- Distribution of the media on streaming platforms as if it is your own original works.

- Profit past the resale of the sole singular copy you purchased via the NFT.

This is a simplification of the Terms and Conditions but does not legally omit you from the terms and conditions, so read them too.

a) You're delegated temporary rights to the media included with the NFT during your period of ownership of the NFT.

b) You're not allowed to pretend this work is your own original work, unless changed drastically.

c) You're not allowed to make new NFTs out of it.

d) You're not allowed to publish media containing it, outside of your period of ownership.

e) You're not allowed to create clothing or other massively distributed products out of it.

f) You're not allowed to distribute it in mass.

g) You're only allowed to resell or your singular purchased copy, via the NFT.

h) You're allowed to print the art out and use it as decoration, but you're not allowed to distribute that art.

i) This is almost the same thing as purchasing media for commercial usage from any other source, but you're allowed to resell your rights later. 👍

Cure Supply LLC are not financial advisors and should not be used for advice about investing, rather we provide a new product at which you are able to invest in. Any and all losses via resale are the fault of the seller, as it was their decision to sell at said price.
